We offer the unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art techniques and link basic research with clinically-oriented sciences. The PhD Program “Molecular Medicine鈥� (Medical University of Graz) and “Metabolic regulation of healthy ageing”, (University of Graz, Medical University of Vienna and Medical University of Graz), offer 27 PhD positions with a special focus on age-related diseases, immunology, lipid metabolism, cardiovascular research and biostatistics.
As a PhD student, you will be embedded in an interdisciplinary community of supervisors, fellow students and administrative support. PhD students receive a 3-year contract (1 initial year + 2 years extension) including a competitive salary and social benefits. The possibility of a contract extension for 1 year (4th聽year) may be possible upon successful completion of a research stay abroad.

Postdoctoral positions, Centro de Biolog铆a Molecular Severo Ochoa, Spain
The Centro de Biolog铆a Molecular Severo Ochoa (CBM) in Madrid is seeking candidates for the CBM Postdoctoral Call. They offer 6 x 3-year postdoctoral positions with a gross salary of 鈧�40,500/year. Candidates must have strong international training, not have worked in Spain for the past three years, and have obtained a PhD in Life Sciences after 1 January 2019 (career breaks will be considered).
